On-Site Walkthrough & Proposal

During our on-site walkthrough, we collaborate with you to develop a customized lighting plan that perfectly aligns with your vision and property needs. This meeting allows us to assess the site in detail and finalize a proposal tailored to enhance the unique features of your space.
As part of the on-site walkthrough and proposal, we will:
- Craft a personalized lighting design to reflect your style and preferences.
- Provide a detailed rendering of the proposed lighting layout. (optional*)
- Discuss comprehensive site assessment and layout plan.
- Discuss and showcase various fixture and lighting options.
- Outline an estimated project cost range.
- Review and refine the preliminary lighting design.
- Finalize the proposed lighting arrangement and phases.
- A tailored maintenance plan to keep your setup in top condition.
- Schedule a follow-up to discuss any final adjustments before installation.

Upon request and acceptance of the proposal, we offer an optional rendering that includes light placement and wire runs. This option will be available to select in the proposal.

Lighting & Audio Installation

On Installation Day, you can expect:
- Coordination with Miss Utility 811 for safe installations.
- Professional installation of your custom lighting and or audio systems.
- Walk-through of wire locations for future reference. Please be present for install.
- If a Wi-Fi timer is selected, our team will assist in connecting it to your home’s network. To streamline this process, please have your email and Wi-Fi password ready on installation day.
- Clean and polish of fixtures.

Final Lighting & Audio Assessment
Comprehensive Quality Check: ensuring excellence.
Within six months of installation, our team offers a complimentary, in-depth assessment to ensure every aspect of your lighting and or audio system meets our highest standards. This follow-up inspection confirms that all fixtures, placements, and effects are optimized for lasting beauty and performance.
