Landscape
Lighting.
A different perspective after dark. Thoughtfully designed lighting that reveals the character of your home, celebrates your landscape, and transforms the way you experience your outdoor spaces.
Your Landscape Has a Story. Let the Light Reveal It.
The most compelling outdoor lighting doesn't call attention to the fixtures. It draws your eye toward the things that make your property extraordinary.
The silhouette of a mature oak. The texture of natural stone. The curve of a garden path. The welcoming glow of an entrance.
At NightOak, every design begins with your home's architecture, your landscape, and the way you enjoy your property. We consider what should stand out, what should remain understated, and how each illuminated space works together.
Every Home Deserves
Its Own
Lighting Personality.
Exceptional landscape lighting isn't one-size-fits-all. Explore three design approaches to discover what feels most like your home.
A Softer Way to See Your Landscape.
Gentle layers of warm light reveal trees, garden textures, and pathways without overpowering the natural setting. The result feels calm, balanced, and connected to your home.

Every Detail.
Considered.
The best landscape lighting works as a complete composition. Every illuminated feature contributes to the overall experience of your property.
Tree Uplighting
Reveal the structure, height, and natural character of specimen trees with thoughtfully directed light.
Garden Lighting
Bring dimension to planting beds, ornamental grasses, and carefully cultivated landscapes.
Pathway Lighting
Guide movement comfortably with discreet illumination that complements the landscape.
Driveways & Entrances
Create a welcoming arrival while improving visibility around entrances and transitions.
Patios & Terraces
Extend evenings outdoors with inviting lighting for gathering, relaxing, and entertaining.
Moonlighting
Where suitable, elevated fixtures cast soft patterns of light and shadow reminiscent of natural moonlight.
It's Not About
More Light.
It's About the Right Light.
Great landscape lighting is a balance of illumination and restraint. Too much light can flatten architectural details and overwhelm the landscape.
Our approach creates contrast, visual depth, and a natural rhythm throughout your property.
Each fixture serves a purpose, allowing the complete design to feel cohesive from the street to the backyard.

Planning Your
Landscape Lighting.
How much does professional landscape lighting cost?
Pricing depends on the areas being illuminated, fixture selection, wiring requirements, property conditions, and design complexity. We provide a personalized estimate following your consultation. You can also review our pricing guide.
Can you design lighting around existing landscaping?
Yes. We work with mature trees, established gardens, existing walkways, and outdoor living areas. Fixture placement and wiring routes are planned around your property's existing features.
Will the lighting fixtures be visible during the day?
We aim to keep fixtures visually discreet wherever practical. Depending on the application, fixtures may be positioned within planting beds or behind landscape features to minimize daytime visibility.
Can I control my landscape lighting from my phone?
Yes. Compatible smart controls can provide convenient scheduling, timers, and app-based operation. Available features depend on the equipment selected for your system.
Can landscape lighting be installed in phases?
Absolutely. We can prioritize the areas most important to you and plan for future expansion. Available capacity depends on the system design and equipment.
Does NightOak provide maintenance and warranty coverage?
Yes. We offer service and maintenance options. Qualifying complete new NightOak-installed systems include a two-year installation labor warranty, subject to written terms and exclusions. Additions and modifications to existing systems do not receive new installation labor coverage. Manufacturer warranties may apply separately.
